Center Specialties

Whether a patient is here for short-term rehab or for long-term care we want the stay to be as personal and comfortable as possible. For that reason, we offer many of the comforts of home and community as well as activities to keep the patient entertained and energized.

Rehabilitation Programs

At Autumn Health & Rehabilitation has a state of the art therapy department. We offer rehabilitative therapy for either a short-term stay, outpatient or during long-term care. Therapists work one-on-one with the patient focusing on assisting them achieve and maintain their desired, individual level of functioning as appropriate.

Restorative Program

This program works on improving both physical ability (such as joint range of motion and general mobility) and mental function (such as memory improvement, comprehension and problem-solving skills). Whether through group or individual sessions, the patient is encouraged to achieve and maintain their desired highest, individual level of functioning.​​
